Policies and Terms of Service

🚫 Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are 100% refundable%.
Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours before service: 50% refund%.
Cancellations less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows forfeit the refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
⏱️ Maximum Waiting Time
At the airport: the driver will wait up to 30 minutes after the flight lands.
At the hotel or another pickup point: maximum wait of 15 minutes from the agreed time.
∙If the no-show grace period is exceeded, the service will be considered a no-show.
🧳 Allowed Luggage
Each passenger may bring 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on bag at no additional cost.
Extra, oversized, or special luggage must be reported at the time of booking.
Transportes Pangea is not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle.
💳 Payment and Billing
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or WebPay.
Payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm the service.
- Invoices or receipts are issued within 24 hours after payment.
For companies with agreements, invoicing is monthly as agreed.
Warning Passenger Responsibility
The passenger must be at the pickup point at the agreed-upon time.
Transportes Pangea is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or force majeure.
∙Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or smoking is strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be their sole responsibility.
