refundable%.<\/div>\n<div>Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours before service: 50% refund%.<\/div>\n<div>Cancellations less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows forfeit the refund.<\/div>\n<div>Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.<\/div>\n<div>\u23f1\ufe0f <strong>Maximum Waiting Time<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>At the airport: the driver will wait up to 30 minutes after the flight lands.<\/div>\n<div>At the hotel or another pickup point: maximum wait of 15 minutes from the agreed time.<\/div>\n<div>\u2219If the no-show grace period is exceeded, the service will be considered a no-show.<\/div>\n<div>\ud83e\uddf3 <strong>Allowed Luggage<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Each passenger may bring 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on bag at no additional cost.<\/div>\n<div>Extra, oversized, or special luggage must be reported at the time of booking.<\/div>\n<div>Transportes Pangea is not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle.<\/div>\n<div>\ud83d\udcb3 <strong>Payment and Billing<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit\/debit card, or WebPay.<\/div>\n<div>Payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm the service.<\/div>\n<div>- Invoices or receipts are issued within 24 hours after payment.<\/div>\n<div>For companies with agreements, invoicing is monthly as agreed.<\/div>\n<div>Warning <strong>Passenger Responsibility<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The passenger must be at the pickup point at the agreed-upon time.<\/div>\n<div>Transportes Pangea is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or force majeure.<\/div>\n<div>\u2219Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or smoking is strictly prohibited inside vehicles.<\/div>\n<div>Any
